At Masoliver we incorporated two new brands of spirits of French origin: Calvados Boulard and Armagnac Janneau.
Since 1826, in Calvados Boulard five generations have followed each other, becoming an internationally recognized company and a leader in the Calvados market with numerous international awards.
For the production of this excellent calvados, Boulard selects 120 different varieties of apple, all from its plantations in the Pays d’Auge region in Normandy. This rigorous control in the origin of the raw material together with the unique process of double distillation of the resulting cider, its subsequent aging in French oak barrels and the experience of the master winemakers, make Boulard the most recognized producer integrated in the appellation. Calvados Pays d’Auge Controlled.
Janneau was founded in 1851 in Condom (Ténarèze, France), in the most prestigious appellation in the heart of the Armagnac region. Present in 70 countries, Janneau is the leading brand in the armagnac category.
The Janneau cellars house more than 3,000 French oak barrels. His master, with his 40 years of experience, is the guarantee of consistency and high quality armagnacs. An Armagnac Janneau takes time. It is matured in French oak barrels to fully develop the subtlety, richness and roundness that make the final results so captivating.
