Masoliver distributes the new mezcal Planta Santa.

Tradition says that the gods caused a lightning strike to strike an agave plant, causing Mezcal to sprout. From this legend the name of the mezcal Planta Santa was born.

Mezcal is a spirit drink originally from Mexico with more than 400 years of history.

It is obtained by cooking, fermenting and distilling the juices extracted from green agave plants, also known as maguey.

Planta Santa mezcal is made in Oaxaca, Mexico, with espadin agave and other cultivated and wild agaves. The range consists of three references:

  • Planta Santa Joven, young mezcal with the characteristic flavor of cooked agave.
  • Planta Santa Reposado, mezcal matured for 4 months in American oak barrels.
  • Planta Santa Añejo, mezcal matured for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Planta Santa, mezcal as it was made from the beginning.
