MASOLIVER GROUP provides its employees, collaborators and other persons connected to the organisation with an Ethics Channel to report possible irregular or unlawful conduct that may be contrary to applicable legislation or the company’s internal rules.
The channel may be used to report facts that may constitute, among others, breaches of European Union law, serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, as well as conduct that may result in financial loss to the Public Treasury or Social Security system.
How to submit a report?
You can access the Ethics Channel through the CO-RESOL application or via its web version:

When accessing the platform, you will need to enter the organisation’s identification code: MASOLIVER
Once inside, select the channel corresponding to the subject matter of the report you wish to submit. You can then explain the facts and, if you consider it necessary, attach photographs, documents or other digital material that may help provide additional information.
Identified or anonymous reporting
The channel allows you to submit a report either by identifying yourself or anonymously.
If you choose to identify yourself, you will need to complete the requested information and accept the Privacy Policy.
If you prefer to submit the report anonymously, you can select the corresponding option and continue the process without providing your personal details.
Following up on your report
Once the information has been submitted, you will receive a submission acknowledgement, and the report will be forwarded to the person responsible for the selected channel.
You will subsequently be able to provide additional information and follow up on the report using the chat icon available on the CO-RESOL home screen.
