Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
COMERCIAL MASOLIVER SAU will be responsible for processing the personal data of those INDIVIDUALS who have created a profile on any of its social networks, and such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on the processing:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and COMERCIAL MASOLIVER SAU (hereinafter the CONTROLLER) which may include the following operations:
Processing requests and queries submitted to the controller
Providing information about activities and events organized by the controller
Providing information about products or services offered by the controller
Interacting through official profiles
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data will only be used for the purposes indicated and will be kept secure.
Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent given by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Furthermore, the USER can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services used by the USER, and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of social networks. From each social media profile, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, as with any third-party application that they no longer wish to use.
However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged, except if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: these rights may only be exercised in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Use of profile
The CONTROLLER will perform the following actions:
Access to public information on the profile.
Publication on the USER'S profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER'S social network.
Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
Updates to the page status that will be published on the USER'S profile.
USERS can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict who they share their connections with. To do so, they must access their settings, where they will find various configuration options related to the degree of privacy of their user profile on the social network.
Publications
The purpose of social media is to give visibility and publicity to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Once the USER has become a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the third parties concerned.
Any publication on social media, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company's profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the users responsible.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER shall not be held liable for any content freely published by the USER.
The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known to other users, and therefore they are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.
Data on minors or persons with special needs
We recommend reviewing and reading the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.
Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs, whose access should be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social network profiles and/or our website.
