Nissin Foods GmbH, a food company specializing in the production and sale of Japanese instant noodles, has chosen Masoliver as its new exclusive distributor for the retail channel in Spain. Masoliver will be responsible for the distribution of its products throughout the Iberian Peninsula, including the islands and Andorra, replacing Gallo, which is pursuing a new strategy of focusing on its own brands.
Nissin was founded in 1958 by Dr. Momofuku Ando, who invented instant noodles that same year, followed by instant cup noodles in 1971. Taking advantage of this strategic shift, it aims to renew its commitment to the Spanish market by announcing a new marketing strategy for all European markets.
With the new "Asian Blast" campaign, it aims to follow the trend of consumers seeking authentic Asian flavor experiences. This allows the implementation of a new premium strategy with an added-value offering for consumers by providing new recipes and premium packaging across the entire Nissin range.
