At Masoliver Group, we are fortunate to be part of conversations that inspire, contribute, and help us gain visibility as an organization and as a team.
On July 17th, Masoliver Group participated in a conference focused on one of today's greatest challenges: how to attract, motivate, and retain talent in a constantly changing work environment.
The meeting, organized by the Vallès Oriental Business Development Group, brought together several CEOs to share their perspectives, concerns, and best practices. The session was led by Joan Carles Fontcuberta (Founder of Impulso Coaching) and featured Eli Gironès, who naturally and generously shared the process of cultural and organizational transformation we have experienced at Masoliver Group, which we have achieved thanks to the work, collaboration, and generosity of everyone at the organization.
We share our experience: a firm commitment to people, well-being, a culture of recognition, and a leadership style connected to purpose. A transformation that has reduced turnover and absenteeism and strengthened the bond between people and the organization.
We retain a key insight: today, talent isn't just looking for a job, but rather to be part of a project with purpose and consistent with values. And here, emotional salary and corporate culture make the difference.
At Masoliver Group, we are committed to continuing to promote these types of initiatives and to sharing, with respect, the desire to contribute, to learn, and to build increasingly humane and sustainable environments.
